1.付费责任 Responsibility of Payment of Fees
学生家长或监护人全权负责学费和其他相关费用按时付款；即便付款人为第三方如家长雇主，学生家长也须全权负责学费和其他相关费用按时付款。
The student’s parent or guardian is wholly responsible for payment of tuition and other fees by the due date, even in cases where payment may be subsidized by a third party such as the parent’s employer.

2.付费须知 Payment Instruction
学校收到付款，即表示学生家长或监护人同意学校学费制度。
Once the payment is received by the school, it is deemed that the student’s parent or guardian agrees to the school fee policy.

1.学生无论报名集体课或是一对一课程，都有一个注册管理费，金额为500元人民币，报名整学期费用，并且整个学期上完后，此费用将减免。若学生未上完所有课程，发生申请退费情况，集体课依据相应退费规则进行退款，部分小组或集体课程因为退款将导致其它学生无法正常上课的无法操作退款，一对一课程可以全额退款但需要扣除注册管理费500元人民币。
There will be a registration management fee of 500 RMB for students to sign up for both group and one-on-one classes. The fee will be deducted after the whole semester.If a student applies for refund after completing all the courses, the group lessons fee will be refunded according to the corresponding rules. The one-on-one lesson can be fully refunded, but the registration management fee will be deducted RMB 500.

2. 若学校于开课前接收到正式的书面退学申请，且学生在当学年没有参加任何学校开设的课程，退还100%已交学费。
A full refund will be given if a formal written notification of withdrawal is received on or before the class is open and the student does not attend any school days and class for the current year.

3. 若学校于学生参加的集体课程，已经进行了整体课程数的1/3或不到1/3，接收到正式的书面退学申请，课费按照所有已实施优惠前的正价计算后，退还50%此课程课费。
A 50% refund before all the discount fee applied will be given if a formal written notification of withdrawal is received on or before the group lesson class had been opened in 1/3 or less than 1/3 of the whole class lessons which the student had attended.

4.若学校于学生参加的集体课程，已经进行了整体课程数超过1/3但不到1/2，接收到正式的书面退学申请，课费按照所有已实施优惠前的正价计算后，退还25%此课程课费。
A 25% refund before all the discount fee applied will be given if a formal written notification of withdrawal is received on or before the group lesson class had been opened more than 1/3 but less than 1/2 of the whole class lessons which the student had attended.

5.若学校于学生参加的集体课程，已经进行了整体课程数的1/2或超过1/2，接收到正式的书面退学申请，不予退还学费。
No refund will be provided if notification of withdrawal is received after the group lesson class had been opened in 1/2 or above 1/2 of the whole class lessons which the student had attended.

6. 若学校于学生参加的一对一课程，已经开始上课了，同时课程没有上完，接收到正式的书面退学申请，除去500元的管理费用以外，剩余课费全额退还。
A full refund except 500 RMB administrative fee will be given if a formal written notification of withdrawal is received on or before the “Private Lesson” is open and the student does not attend any school days and class for the current year.

7.若学生一次性购买的课程项目，包含小组课或集体课课程，接收到正式的书面退学申请，课程项目中包含的所有剩余课程，均按照上述集体课退费政策执行。
